Β IΒ was enlisted with the Special Forces as a Medic/Officer. My undergraduate and masterβs degree is in Biology Education. I like to scuba dive, hunt and fish. With what community and volunteer organizations are you involved? Β I am a member of First Presbyterian Church. Tell us about your family. Β I am married to Kim and we have three children: Emily, Sara and Thomas.

He is fellowship-trained in craniofacial reconstruction and facial aesthetics.Β What is your patient care philosophy?My goal is to treat every patient with the respect that they deserve.Β Whether I am meeting a patient on their worst day or discussing cosmetic surgery, I want them to know that we are on a journey together as a team.Β Β Why did you decide to become a physician?I chose plastic and reconstructive surgery as it seemed like a perfect avenue to help people with a variety of needs.Β In my specialty, I have the opportunity to meet the surgery needs of patients from the top of their heads to the bottom of their feet.Β I find genuine excitement in my work whether it is helping a woman achieve her breast reconstruction goals or helping to improve oneβs self-confidence with cosmetic surgery. What do you enjoy most about working with patients?I love hearing about a patientβs journey.Β I learn so much from my patients, and I could not envision a more rewarding experience than working with them. Would you like to share about your family?My wife Michelle and I have two young girls whom we love spending time with, and we canβt wait to watch them grow up in a great community like Lakeland.
