State Street in Dover, Delaware 19901 Cost: $699.00 includes registration, tuition, and books Registration: To secure your space for class, you must fully register via the Eventbrite page and drop off full payment of $699 within 24 hours to 1671 S. State Street in Dover Monday-Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm. Check or money order must be addressed to "CDREA". If registration is placed on Eventbrite and no payment is received within 24 hours, your ticket will be released to the waitlist. Registration without payment does not reserve your space. Other Information: The first night of the course is Orientation. An optional math pre-test will be given. A score of 80% or better is needed to test out of the math section of the class. This is the only night this test will be offered. Text books will be given to students at Orientation. Successful completion of the course and the exams will satisfy the educational requirements of the Delaware Real Estate Commission. The class consists of three sections: Real Estate Math, Real Estate Law, and Real Estate Sales; each section is taught by separate instructors on alternating evenings. Attendance: Students may miss a total of 3 sessions but no more than 2 sessions in any one subject area.
